All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 9 business days within Canada/U.S.A and up to 15 business days for International deliveries, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

What do I do about goods damaged / lost due to shipping?
FTLD asks that all customers inspect the goods upon arrival. Once the goods are signed for, the shipping insurance is voided. In order to process a report due to damage or lossage in shipping, the customer must report it to the carrier and note it on the carrier delivery report, as well as notify FTLD in writing within 24 hours.
If damages or lossage is found, please attach photos of damages, and a copy of the carrier paperwork in the report sent to FTLD, so that we can begin an insurance claim immediately.
