Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a Store Credit.
If you are approved, then your Store Credit will be added to your account, and you will be able to use it for future orders.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, however we can offer a Store Credit to qualified returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at   and send your item to 3070 Kingsway, V5R5J7, Vancouver, BC.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to  3070 Kingsway, V5R5J7, Vancouver, BC. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What do I do about goods damaged / lost due to shipping?

FTLD asks that all customers inspect the goods upon arrival. Once the goods are signed for, the shipping insurance is voided. In order to process a report due to damage or lossage in shipping, the customer must report it to the carrier and note it on the carrier delivery report, as well as notify FTLD in writing within 24 hours.

If damages or lossage is found, please attach photos of damages, and a copy of the carrier paperwork in the report sent to FTLD, so that we can begin an insurance claim immediately.
